Stewed Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. chicken, cut up
    2 Tbsp. tomato paste
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 c. onion
    1 c. celery
    3 cloves garlic
    2 tsp. sweet basil
    1/2 tsp. allspice
    1 tsp. Italian seasoning
    salt to taste
    pepper
    water (if needed)
    1/4 c. wine (Burgundy)
Preparation
    Cook onion, garlic and celery in butter and oil.
    Add tomato paste.
    Add all the other ingredients.
    If needed, add a small amount of water.
