Seasonal Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    some potatoes
    some butter/margarine
    some salt
    some milk
    some food coloring (depending on season)
Preparation
    Wash, peel and dice potatoes into a pot.
    Cover potatoes with water.
    Boil until tender.
    Remove from heat; drain off water. Add milk, butter and salt.
    Blend until all lumps are gone.
    Add food coloring to your pleasure.
