Salmon Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can salmon, drained and flaked
    3 eggs, lightly beaten
    3/4 c. dried bread crumbs
    1 c. cottage cheese
    1 small onion, minced
    4 Tbsp. butter
    dried bread crumbs (for dipping)
Preparation
    Combine salmon, eggs, bread crumbs, cottage cheese and onion. Shape into 12 patties, dip patties in crumbs and fry in butter until golden brown on both sides.
    Makes 6 servings.
