Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork sausage
    1 small bell pepper, chopped
    1 clove garlic
    1 chopped onion
    4 small zucchini, sliced
    hot pepper cheese
Preparation
    Brown sausage.
    Saute pepper, onion, garlic and zucchini with sausage.
    Put 1/2 of mixture in large casserole and add a layer of hot pepper cheese.
    Repeat the 2 layers.
    Top with sliced fresh mushrooms, if desired.
    Cook 1 hour at 350\u00b0 covered then cook 1/2 hour uncovered or until juice cooks out.
