Shepherd'S Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley (optional)
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 c. mashed potatoes
    1/4 c. shredded cheese
Preparation
    Mix thoroughly 1/2 can soup, beef, onion, egg, bread crumbs, parsley and seasonings.
    Press firmly in 9-inch baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes, spoon off fat.
    Frost with potatoes.
    Top with remaining soup and cheese.
    Bake 10 minutes or until cheese is slightly browned.
