Fresh Apple-Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. corn oil
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. finely chopped apples
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Grease and flour two loaf pans.
Thoroughly stir together flour, baking soda and salt.
In the large bowl of electric mixer beat together at medium speed oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla until combined.
Gradually add flour mixture until smooth.
Fold in apples and nuts.
Turn into prepared pans.
Bake until a cake tester inserted in center comes out clean, about 1 hour.
Bake at 350\u00b0.
