Crab Meltaways - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
1 (4 1/2 oz.) can shrimp or crabmeat
3 green onions, chopped
dash of salt and pepper
6 toasted English muffins, halved, then quartered
Preparation

Combine cheese, mayonnaise, crabmeat, onions, salt and pepper.
Toast muffins.
Spread mixture onto muffins.
Broil until the cheese is bubbly.
Serve hot.
These may also be made ahead and frozen.
Let them stand at room temperature for 30 minutes before broiling.
