Easy Red Velvet Cake And Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box yellow cake mix
    2 eggs
    1 oz. red food coloring or 2 oz. if you want it dark red
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. cocoa
Preparation
    Mix cake mix, eggs, food coloring, shortening, milk, vinegar and cocoa in a large mixing bowl.
    Blend together, then beat 2 minutes.
    Pour into greased and floured layer pans.
    Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until done, at 350\u00b0.
