Angel Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. butter or oleo
1/2 c. Crisco
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. white sugar
1 egg, well beaten
2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1/2 tsp. salt

Preparation

Cream oleo and shortening.
Add sugars and egg, then add dry ingredients.
Roll in small balls.
Dip in water, then in sugar and place on ungreased cookie pan.
Press down in center with thumb.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
