Company Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 jars Armour dried beef
8 to 10 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
bacon (1 strip per chicken breast)
pepper
8 oz. cream cheese
1 small carton sour cream
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 box Uncle Ben's long grain wild rice
Preparation

Spray casserole dish with Pam.
Wrap bacon around chicken. Line the bottom of the pan with dried beef.
Pepper the chicken liberally, but do not salt.
Mix remaining ingredients together and pour over chicken and dried beef mixture.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 2 to 2 1/2 hours.
Serve over rice.
Good with Birds Eye green beans with almonds.
