Oven Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 frying chicken, cut in serving pieces
    1 to 1 1/2 c. corn flake crumbs
    1 small can evaporated milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. thyme
Preparation
    Wash chicken pieces thoroughly and dry with paper towels. Crush cereal very fine.
    Stir the thyme into the crumbs.
    Pour the milk into a shallow bowl and dissolve the salt in it.
    Dip the chicken pieces one at a time into the milk, then roll in the crumbs to coat completely.
    Place in baking pan.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until browned and tender when pricked with a fork.
