Grandma Bigler'S Crumb Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. shortening
    2 c. milk
    2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Mix the first three ingredients and take out 1/2 cup for crumbs.
    Add remaining ingredients and stir.
    Pour into 2 greased and floured 9-inch round pans.
    Spread reserved crumbs on top and sprinkle with cinnamon.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 until toothpick comes out clean.
