Sweet And Sour Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 whole chickens, cut up
    16 oz. apricot preserves
    2 small bottles Russian dressing
    2 pkg. onion soup mix
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a large casserole dish and cover with foil.
    Bake in a 400\u00b0
    oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Serve with rice.
