Cheese Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. New York sharp cheese
    1 1/4 sticks oleo
    2 c. plain flour
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. red pepper (you may add more if you like them hot)
    1/2 c. pecans
Preparation
    Grate cheese and mix with oleo.
    Sift flour, salt and pepper together.
    Blend cheese and oleo mixture with sifted dry ingredients (makes firm dough).
    Roll into small balls about the size of a walnut.
    Press down thin; bake 10 minutes at 450\u00b0. Remove from oven.
    Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
    Top with pecan half.
