Salmon Log Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can salmon
    1 pkg. cream cheese
    2 tsp. grated onion
    1/4 tsp. salt (smoked)
    3 tsp. chopped parsley
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. horseradish
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Drain salmon.
    Combine salmon, cheese, lemon juice, grated onion, horseradish and salt.
    Shape into 2 logs.
    Chill.
    Roll logs in pecans and parsley.
    Refrigerate for several hours or overnight.
    Slice and serve on crackers.
