Ground Beef Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    salt and pepper to taste
    potatoes, sliced
    onions, sliced
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of celery soup
    cheese, grated
Preparation
    Spread ground beef on bottom of 9 x 13 x 2-inch baking dish. Salt and pepper to taste, then layer potatoes followed by onions. Put cream of mushroom soup on top of onions and then the can of cream of celery soup.
    Top with cheese, if desired.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 65 minutes.
