Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cloves
2 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. sugar
1 c. oil
2/3 c. water
4 eggs
2 c. pumpkin
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Sift flour, salt, soda, nutmeg, cloves and cinnamon.
In another bowl, add sugar, oil, water, eggs and pumpkin; mix well. Combine with dry ingredients and add nuts.
Mix until smooth. Grease pans well.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour for loaf pans, 25 minutes for cake pans or 30 minutes for muffin pans.
Frost with powdered sugar.
