Elderberry Doughnuts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 egg yolks
    1/2 c. sour milk
    1/2 c. dried elderberries
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    dash of salt
    cooking oil
Preparation
    Soak elderberries in milk for 48 hours in refrigerator.
    Add sugar to egg yolk and beat until light.
    Stir in sugar and yolk mixture into milk and berries.
    Add soda, flour, cinnamon and salt.
    Mix.
    Add to berry mixture.
    Drop by teaspoonful into hot cooking oil (360\u00b0) and deep fry until golden brown, turning occasionally.
    Makes 20.
