Steamed Red Potatoes With Dill Butter - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. softened butter
1 Tbsp. snipped fresh dill, chopped
3/4 lb. small red potatoes (unpeeled)
Preparation

In a small bowl, cream together the butter, dill, garlic salt and pepper to taste.
In steamer, steam potatoes, covered, for 12 to 14 minutes, until tender.
Slice them and serve topped with the dill butter.
Serves 4.
