Lemon Rice Stuffing For Fish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. celery
1/2 c. onion
1/4 c. oil
1 1/3 c. water
2 Tbsp. grated lemon rind
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. salt
dash of thyme
1 1/2 c. cooked rice
1/3 c. sour cream
1/4 c. peeled, diced lemon
Preparation
-
Saute celery, oil, water, lemon ring and onion.
Add seasonings.
Then add rice, sour cream and diced lemon.
Mix and stuff fish.
