Apple Crumb Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
6 c. apples
pastry (for one 9-inch pie)

Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0 (hot).
Mix sugar, cornstarch and cinnamon.
Toss lightly with apples.
Put apple mixture into a pastry-lined 9-inch pie pan.
