Cajun Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    cut-up chicken
    1 bottle Louisiana hot sauce
    self-rising flour
    oil
Preparation
    Place chicken in airtight container and pour hot sauce over. Marinate overnight.
    Heat 1 inch oil in large skillet.
    Put self-rising flour in shaker bag.
    Add chicken to bag, a few pieces at a time.
    Fry in hot (350\u00b0) oil until golden brown.
    Drain on paper towels.
