Zucchini-Apple Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. sliced zucchini, cooked until tender-crisp
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
dash of salt
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
dash of nutmeg
3 Tbsp. flour
Preparation

Toss together zucchini, lemon juice and salt.
Mix remaining ingredients in a bowl.
Add the zucchini and mix well.
Mixture will be runny.
Place the filling in a 9-inch crust and dot with butter.
Add top crust and bake at 400\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until brown.
