Banana, Nut, Raisin And Chocolate Chip Bread - cooking recipe

3 large ripe bananas
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. oil
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 c. chocolate chips
Preparation

Heat oven to 325\u00b0.
Butter or spray a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan. Puree bananas in a food processor.
Add sugar, eggs, oil and vanilla.
Process until blended with a mixer.
Add flour, salt, baking soda and nutmeg.
Process until combined.
Add walnuts, raisins and chocolate chips.
Stir well.
Pour batter into pan and smooth the top.
Bake until a toothpick inserted comes out clean, 60 to 70 minutes.
Let cool in pan on a wire rack, 10 minutes. Remove bread from pan and cool completely.
