Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can fruit salad, drained well
    1 large banana, cut into small pieces
    12 to 15 maraschino cherries, cut in half
    1 large pkg. strawberries, drained well
    1/2 c. walnuts, cut in pieces (optional)
    whipped cream (desired amount)
    1 apple, cut in small pieces
Preparation
    Mix all fruits and nuts well. Add whipped cream. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Serve in dessert dish with a spoon of whipped cream on top.
