Sausage Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    1/2 medium green pepper, chopped
    1/2 medium red pepper, chopped
    1 Tbsp. cooking oil
    3 c. cooked rice
    4 medium tomatoes, peeled and chopped
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. fresh chopped parsley
    1 tsp. basil
    1 c. bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
Preparation
    Place sausage in a baking pan.
    Brown at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes; set aside.
    In a skillet, saute peppers in oil for 3 minutes. Place in 3-quart casserole.
    Add the sausage and the next 7 ingredients.
    Combine bread crumbs and butter.
    Sprinkle on top of casserole. Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
