Spinach Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    9-inch deep dish frozen pie shell
    1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 (2 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
    5 eggs, well beaten
    3/4 c. half and half or whipped cream
Preparation
    Cook spinach according to package directions; drain, pressing out excess liquid.
    Set aside. Bake the pie shell for 5 minutes at 425\u00b0, then remove from oven and reduce heat to 350\u00b0.
    Stir together the spinach, cheese and mushrooms; pour into the pie shell.
    Blend beaten eggs, cream
    and pepper together.
    Pour over spinach mixture and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
    Let stand at least 5 minutes before serving.
