Easy Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 Tbsp. catsup
    1 (10 oz.) can beef broth
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. dairy sour cream
Preparation
    In preheated skillet, saute onions in butter until golden brown. Add ground beef and cook until browned, stirring occasionally. Blend in remaining ingredients, except sour cream. Heat until bubbling. Just before serving, add sour cream. Serve over noodles or rice. Makes 6 servings.
