Kitchen Sausage Salami - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 lb. ground beef
5 level Tbsp. Morton Tender Quick salt
2 1/2 tsp. mustard seed
1 tsp. pepper
2 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. hickory smoke
salt
1 tsp. peppercorn
Preparation

Mix spices together.
Sprinkle on meat.
Mix well.
Cover. Refrigerate.
Knead once a day for 3 days.
On the fourth day, make 3 rolls.
Bake on broiler pan so fat will drain.
Bake at 150\u00b0 for 11 hours, uncovered.
