Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. all-purpose flour, sifted
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
2 c. diced bananas
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple (with juice)
3 eggs
Preparation

Stir together flour, baking soda, cinnamon, sugar and salt. Add the diced bananas to the dry ingredients along with the oil, crushed pineapple with its juice, vanilla and eggs.
Stir to blend, but do not beat.
Pour into greased Bundt pan and bake in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 10 minutes or until cake tests done. When cooled, remove and drizzle with Butter Rum Icing or frost as desired.
