Cheese Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sharp cheese
    3 small pkg. cream cheese or 1 large one
    1 clove garlic
    1 c. pecans
    chili powder
Preparation
    Grind cheese and nuts through food grinder.
    Have cream cheese soft.
    Mash garlic clove and add.
    Mix all together until thoroughly blended.
    Make 2 rolls about the size of a silver dollar in diameter.
    Roll the rolls in chili powder sprinkled on waxed paper.
    The amount of chili powder can be varied.
    Where rolls are well covered, place in refrigerator to harden.
    Cut in thin slices and serve on crackers.
