Granny'S Sweet Potato Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Bisquick
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
    1/8 tsp. mace
    1/8 tsp. ground cloves
    1 egg
    3/4 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1/2 to 3/4 c. cooked mashed sweet potato (1 large sweet potato)
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon sugar
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Grease 16 to 18 muffin tins.
    Combine dry ingredients; add egg, milk, oil and sweet potato.
    Mix and fill muffin tins 2/3 full.
    Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
    Bake approximately 20 minutes or until the center springs back when touched lightly.
