Caramel Pecan Cheese Layer Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 unbaked pie shell
8 oz. cream cheese
1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
1 egg
1 1/4 c. coarsely chopped pecans
Preparation

Place all ingredients (except nuts) into mixer bowl and beat until smooth.
Pour into pie shell and top with nuts.
