Chicken Rice Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 chicken, cut for frying or use only chicken breasts
1 stick oleo or butter
1 medium green bell pepper, chopped
1 c. long grain rice
1/2 tsp. salt
1 medium onion, chopped
1 1/2 c. water
4 chicken bouillon cubes
Preparation

Salt and pepper the chicken. Brown in oleo or butter.
Saute the onion and pepper in oleo after removing chicken.
Crush bouillon cubes with fork. Add to onion and pepper.
Stir in rice. Add 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1 1/2 cups water.
Place in baking pan. Lay chicken on top of rice. Cover with foil. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
