Corn Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Cups fresh corn, cut from the cob, when not in season use, canned whole kernel corn or frozen corn
    2 tsp. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    2 Cups milk
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together except milk and butter.
    Add butter to milk and heat so that butter melts.
    Add to corn mixture.
    Pour into a greased 1 quart casserole.
    Bake one hour or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
