Marinated Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. celery salt
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1 tsp. onion salt
    2 to 3 Tbsp. liquid smoke
    1 c. barbecue sauce
Preparation
    Combine the above ingredients except for the barbecue sauce. Brush on brisket.
    Wrap meat tightly in foil and marinate in refrigerator overnight. Before cooking, open the foil and pour 1 cup of barbecue sauce over the meat, then re-seal. Bake for 3 hours at 350\u00b0.
