Stuffed Zucchini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2-3 medium sized zucchinis
    2 tsp onion, chopped
    2 tsp. garlic, chopped
    3 tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/2 cup stewed tomatoes
    1 cup saltine crackers, crushed coarsely
    Salt and pepper to taste
    Italian seasoning to taste
    2 slices of bacon, fried and crumbled
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook zucchinis in boiling salted water for 10-15 minutes. In the meantime saute onion and garlic in 3 tbsp butter. Add stewed tomatoes, saltines, salt and pepper, Italian seasoning, and bacon.
