Linguini And Clam Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. olive oil
    4 cloves garlic, peeled and halved
    1 c. clam juice from clams
    4 cans minced clams, drained
    2 Tbsp. parsley
Preparation
    Slowly brown garlic in olive oil.
    Add clam juice and parsley; simmer 30 minutes.
    Add clams and heat 10 minutes.
    Serve with linguini or other pasta and Parmesan cheese.
    Serves 6.
