Edna Butler'S Green Tomato Catsup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 peck green tomatoes
    1 large head cabbage
    8 green peppers
    8 hot peppers
    8 medium onions
    5 c. sugar
    3 pt. 5% cider vinegar
    1 1/2 tsp. celery seed
Preparation
    Cut up all vegetables.
    In separate container, combine sugar, vinegar and celery seed.
    Pour vinegar mixture over cut up vegetables.
    Heat to boiling (do not overcook).
    Put in clean jars and seal.
    Can just cold pack and can in the pressure canner at 5 pounds pressure for 5 minutes.
