Ham And Potato Omelet(Serves 6) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Betty Crocker hash brown potatoes
    1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 c. finely chopped, fully cooked smoked ham
    1/2 c. green onion with tops, sliced
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    5 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 c. milk
    dash of cayenne pepper
    paprika
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix all ingredients, except paprika, in a large bowl.
    Pour into a greased 12 x 7 x 2-inch pan.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake, uncovered, until knife inserted in center comes out clean (40 to 45 minutes).
