Broccoli Corn Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. margarine, melted
1 large onion, chopped
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, thawed and drained
4 eggs, beaten
6 oz. cottage cheese
1 tsp. salt
1 (8 1/2 oz.) box corn muffin mix
Preparation

Saute onion in margarine.
Combine all ingredients, except muffin mix.
Stir in muffin mix.
Pour batter into a greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
Serves 8 to 12.
