Caramel Icing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
1 c. packed brown sugar
1/4 c. milk
1 3/4 to 2 c. sifted confectioners sugar
Preparation

Melt butter in saucepan; add brown sugar.
Boil 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
Stir in milk until mixture boils up.
Cool. Add confectioners sugar until desired consistency to spread.
