Deviled Clams - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. clams
    1/2 c. clam juice
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    2 Tbsp. celery leaves
    2 Tbsp. green pepper (optional)
    1/2 tsp. mustard
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    4 Tbsp. butter
    3/4 c. cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Chop clams and simmer in juice 5 minutes.
    Saute celery leaves, green pepper and onion in butter.
    Mix remaining ingredients.
