Buffet Burgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 c. soft bread crumbs
    1 egg, lightly beaten
    1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
    1 1/2 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
    20 small square rolls, heated and split
    mustard and mayonnaise to serve
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Combine ground beef, onion, bread crumbs, egg, mayonnaise and seasonings; mix well.
    Keeping meat mixture one inch from edges; press meat mixture into the bottom of a 15 1/2 x 10 1/2-inch jelly roll pan.
    Bake for 20 to 25 minutes; drain.
    Top mixture with cheese and bake 5 to 8 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.
    Remove from oven and allow to set (about 5 minutes).
    Cut meat into 20 squares and place inside split rolls. Serve with mustard and mayonnaise.
