Banana Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/4 c. cake flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. banana, mashed
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. yogurt
Preparation

In small bowl combine cake flour, baking powder, salt and baking soda.
In large bowl cream the butter and sugar, then add eggs.
In another small bowl measure 1 cup lightly mashed ripe bananas, vanilla and 1/4 cup yogurt.
(You can substitute buttermilk or sour cream for the yogurt; you may use flavored yogurt if you wish.)
Add the flour mixture alternately with the banana mixture into the butter mixture in thirds.
Bake in 2 round greased baking pans at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
A good use for overripe bananas.
