Hezzie Vince Egg Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla or 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. cream
Preparation
    Mix milk, sugar and butter in saucepan and cook on medium heat until hot, but not boiling.
    Beat eggs until thick.
    Add vanilla. Pour milk mixture over eggs, beating to mix well.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Take out of oven before it gets done in the center as it will finish cooking while cooling.
