Thousand Island Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. nonfat sour cream
    1 c. chili sauce
    1/4 c. sweet pickle relish, well drained
    1 Tbsp. Crisco oil
    1/2 c. sliced green onions
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 hard-cooked egg, finely chopped
Preparation
    Combine sour cream, chili sauce, pickle relish, oil, green onions, celery and hard-cooked egg.
    Stir with fork to blend. Cover.
    Refrigerate until ready to use.
    Stir again just before serving.
    Makes 3 cups, 1 tablespoon has 15 calories and 1 gram fat.
