Hot Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 or 6 large potatoes
    2 jalapeno peppers
    1/2 onion
    2 small cans tomato sauce
    oil for frying
Preparation
    Peel, slice and fry potatoes in oil.
    Remove and drain.
    In skillet, pour out all oil except 2 to 3 tablespoons, enough to saute onion and pepper together.
    Then, add potatoes and tomato. Stir well.
    Cook until sauce is absorbed by potatoes.
