Pita Crisps - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. oil
    1 tsp. ground cumin
    1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
    salt
    4 pita breads
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Combine the oil, cumin, cayenne pepper and 1/4 teaspoon of salt.
    Split the pitas in half.
    Brush the cut side of each half with flavored oil.
    Stack the pitas and cut them in quarters.
    Spread them on a baking sheet in a single layer and bake until golden brown, about 10 minutes.
    Transfer to a rack and cool. Makes 32 Pita Crisps.
