Pecan Kisses - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 egg whites
1 tsp. white vinegar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/8 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Preheat oven to 275\u00b0.
Beat egg whites with vinegar, vanilla and salt until soft peaks form.
Add sugar slowly.
Fold in pecans. Cover cookie sheets with brown paper.
Drop by teaspoon and bake at 275\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes until crisp and very slightly browned. Cool and remove from cookie sheets.
